Biography

Dr. Márk Kollai provides primarily comprehensive legal services to Hungarian and foreign media companies including the preparation of commercial, license, film purchasing, advertising, and other copyright-related contracts necessary for their operation.

In addition to work in media law, he provides comprehensive legal advice to customers in issues arising under copyright, E-commerce, software, data protection, labor, and real property law.

Dr. Márk Kollai worked for law firms in Hungary, Germany, and in the United States during his nearly ten-year career. Within this time period he worked in the Budapest office of the German international law firm, Noerr for more than three years. At this law firm his main responsibility was to provide German companies with legal services in labor law and real estate law matters.

Dr. Mark Kollai received his law degree at Péter Pázmány Catholic University in Budapest. After graduation, he completed postgraduate legal studies in info-communication law at the University of Pécs. He is a member of the Budapest Bar Association. He speaks Hungarian, English and German.
